Welcome to FrameFabrics. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Services Overview
FrameFabrics provides photography and videography services including but not limited to:
- Wedding, Pre-Wedding, Fashion, Maternity, Event Shoots
- Corporate Films
- Video Tape to Digital Conversion
Booking & Payments
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot or upon delivery of the final media
- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment and written confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
- Delays in payments may affect delivery or editing schedules.
- All prices quoted are inclusive of taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Image Rights & Usage
- FrameFabrics reserves the right to use selected visuals from your shoot (non-private) for portfolio, promotional, or social media purposes, unless a privacy clause is requested in writing.
- Clients receive edited high-resolution images/videos as per the agreed deliverables.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 7+ days before the shoot may be eligible for partial refund (after deductions).
- No refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

Revisions & Delivery
- One round of reasonable revision is included (for editing).
- Raw files are not provided unless explicitly included in your package.
Limitation of Liability
Losses due to misuse or mishandling of our products.
Delays or damages caused during third-party shipping.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
